Halloween Carnival

Saturday, October 31st, 6:00pm

Hi Everyone!

REMINDER: The Halloween carnival is this Saturday from 6:00-8:00pm.

Halloween is quickly approaching and we will be getting things ready for the carnival.

Please help by providing candy that can be given out at the carnival games. Last year we went through approximately 150 lbs. We also need 250 small bottles of water. We know that most of the donations come in the week prior which is this week. Please bring your candy & water to Jennifer Ehmke at 1010 Quietshadows so she can make sure we will have enough.

Jennifer will have a box on her front porch where you can leave the candy if they aren’t home. It will be checked regularly throughout the day so no worries about the heat.

In addition to 150lbs of candy and 250 water bottles we also need:

5-gallon buckets

Volunteers- We still need people to help setup and also take down at the end of the night. Contact Jennifer to let her know if you will be willing to help.

If you're unable to bring it and need anything picked anything up from you, let Jennifer know.
